Self Discovery Coaching offers team development days, where I will help you and your team to:

• Complete an assessment of the strengths, limitations and behaviours within the team.

• Identify your ideal team culture based on the requirements of your organisation

• Develop a gap analysis of where the team are now and where you want it to be

• Enable team members to gain a greater understanding of themselves and how the way they interact can affect other team members.

This is a motivational day where you can develop new teams, create a high performance team or help teams to manage significant change.  The development workshop will also allow the manager to better understand the team and learn how to adapt their behaviour to get the best out of their team. 

I will use a combination of coaching skills and personal profiles, to help you to:

·         Develop a greater understanding of why people behave in certain ways

·         Develop and modify managers' communication skills

·         Understand what motivates and drives people

·         Help people to manage stress more effectively
