Sessions are flexible, and will take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly to meet your needs.  Face-to-face sessions are available within 20 miles of Portsmouth.

You can also undertake a DISC personal profile to allow you to understand your behaviours and your strengths and limitations.

All about you mini-retreat packages

Make time for your life or Rediscover your Career - £350

If you would like to get away from it all or need to take time out to rediscover what is important in your life - this is the programme for you.  This unique programme will allow you to experience intensive one-to-one life or career coaching and a free DISC Personal Profile.  In one weekend you will experience four hours of one-to-one coaching to enable you to focus on making significant changes to your life.

Your weekend will focus on elements from either the Make Time for your Life or the Rediscover your Career workshop to allow you to make empowering life changing decisions about your life and your work and in most cases both!

Let me organise a completely personalised weekend ‘All About You’ free from any distractions other than great food (lunch is on me), sea walks and optional pampering! This package also includes two one-hour follow up coaching sessions to keep you on track with your goals. An accommodation list can be provided.
